Ingredients: 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Mix 1 orange peeled and sectioned ¼ cup nonfat vanilla or plain yogurt ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) ¼ cup orange juice 10 ounces water ¼ cup ice
Directions: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 1 to 11/2 minutes or until smooth. Serve immediately.
Tip: By adding nonfat yogurt to your shakes not only do they become more nutritious but they also become richer & creamier. You may also want to experiment with flavored yogurts but beware they may contain lots of sugar and carbohydrates so only use very small portions and keep your health shake healthy!
